How a live task works

1. Sealed brief. The full brief stays closed until the streamer is live. Outreach, overlays, and timers show only the ballpark until then.
2. Valid attempt. Once live, the streamer reads the brief on stream and must finish or make a genuine, timed attempt. Pay follows a valid on-air attempt or completion — not a private rehearsal.
3. Kill switch. House or the streamer can fail or stop a task that is unsafe, illegal, or off-brief. Failed tasks are not paid.
4. Hide-chat extra. If the buyer paid hide-chat, the streamer keeps chat off or covered for the attempt. That extra is shown as a badge on the timer.
5. Superfocus. If Superfocus is on, no look-away longer than 10 seconds. Face stays in frame; it is a house rule, not a secret ML score.
6. Sync start / no early read. If a start time is set, do not open or read the brief before that mark. The timer counts remaining time to the start, then the window.
7. House delay. The house channel may restream completed tasks later, on a delay. Buyer graphics can appear on the house feed without appearing on the streamer’s own channel.
8. Disclosure. Reading the brief on stream is the paid-work disclosure. Viewers can see that this is a paid Onairtask.
9. Not obscene. Brand-safe only. No illegal, harassing, or obscene tasks.
10. Streamer approval. Public registration is streamer-only. Staff must approve you before you see open task options. Low-viewer signups go through Fit/Skip review.
11. No public ledger. Task lists, credits, and invoices are private. There is no public /api/tasks. The only public exception is an ad-blurb vote page at /t/{slug}.
